Supplementation & Homeopathy

Will I still need supplements when I use homeopathy?

I hear this question a lot, especially when it comes to taking cell salts individually or the combo of all 12 cell salts. Many want to know... does this replace supplements?

The short answer is no. It doesn't fully replace supplementation. If you're eating fast food every day, not getting out in the sun and in nature, and not exercising, homeopathy can not fully replace the nutrients you are missing. However, it can help to optimize your bodies ability to uptake minerals and vitamins from the foods you eat, get the most out of your time outdoors, etc. You may also notice a shift in the foods you desire from less healthy foods to more nutrient dense foods as you use homeopathy and your body begins to come back into a full and vibrant state.

If we are using homeopathy and receiving care from a qualified homeopath, over time, the need for supplementation should and will change. Initially, you may need more, especially if you are depleted in many areas.

We may recommend certain supplements or minerals initially. Over time, the amount and how often you need to utilize supplements will decrease.

You will begin to be able to tune into your body in such a way that you know what it is telling you. After-all, symptoms are the bodies way of talking to us.

Interpreting those symptoms is part of the art of homeopathy.
