Spring is HERE, so is time change
Spring is just around the corner and time changes this weekend. With that in mind, let's chat about a few remedies for jet lag or "time change" fatigue. Arnica - is great for muscle soreness, fatigue mentally and physically, Cocculus ind.- helps exhaustion, fatigue from staying up with the kids at night due to time change, might feel dizzy as well, Gelsemium- helps when you feel droopy, drowsy, dizzy, extreme fatigue and maybe a little anxiety after the time change, maybe...the time change excites you- spring is here, the weather is getting better and you have trouble sleeping from over-excitement- Coffea cruda might be in order.
As a general dosing guide, I recommend using a 30c or 200c, one pellet. Take another dose if/when symptoms return.
