What is the goal of health?

What is the true goal of health?

After multiple conversations last week, I feel compelled to share a perspective that challenges the way we typically define health.

With great humility, I suggest that we may have been getting it wrong. In our society, we often equate health with the absence of symptoms. If we can take something to mask, suppress, or eliminate discomfort, we believe we’ve achieved wellness. But what if true health isn’t about never getting sick? What if it’s about moving through illness more efficiently and emerging with a stronger, more resilient immune system?

So how do we cultivate this kind of health? It starts with nourishing our bodies—building up reserves with quality food, vitamins, minerals, and herbs. And when illness arises, homeopathy can act as a guide, helping the body restore balance and heal naturally—rather than simply suppressing symptoms or indiscriminately killing bacteria, both good and bad.

It’s time to rethink health, not as an absence of illness but as the body’s ability to adapt, recover, and strengthen.
